but this will have to do. The attached photo dates to the October 28, 1978 Colorado game, which was Homecoming that year. In the photo,
Spider is in the background, striding across the back of the end zone, below the bleacher section number 35. He's wearing his 1950s black cheerleading outfit and cap. The background also gives a perspective of the huge crowds during that era of Mizzou football. It was literally "standing room only" in those days for almost every home game.
