Bengals RB Joe Mixin issued arrest warrant on count of aggravated menacing
Bengals (https://theathletic.com/nfl/team/bengals/) running back Joe Mixon has been issued an arrest warrant in Cincinnati on a count of aggravated menacing, according to a case summary from the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts.
The warrant was filed Thursday, but the event is alleged to have occurred Jan. 21 in Cincinnati, the day before the Bengals played the Buffalo Bills (https://theathletic.com/nfl/team/bills/) in their divisional-round playoff game. The affidavit alleges Mixon pointed
a gun at the victim, stating, “You should be popped in the face, I should shoot
you.”
