Facing what on paper is the easiest game on the SEC schedule, Vandy at home. Second easiest will be TAMU on the road. Not saying we are a 100% lock to win either game, just saying the easiest.
If we struggle against Vandy it will be a warning sign the team is just demoralized at this point after 6 straight losses.
If we take care of business tonight, then we get Alabama at home on Sunday and a great opportunity to get back in the conversation for an at large bid. Somehow, Bama is hanging in there with a NET ranking of 23, and our win against them previously is far and away our best win of the year (next best are 64 UMass and 77 Wake Forest). We desperately need some top 25 and top 50 wins on our resume. If we don’t beat Bama at home, I’m not sure winning out after that gets us in.
