is this magic drug water that makes everyone in KC think that KC is Babylon. It's insidious how out of step with reality you people are.

For example, a person from KC talking **** about crime in STL? Gotcha. Yes, we all know what a safe haven KC is, free of crime, drugs and murder. It's regularly talked about just how safe people in KC feel all the time, wherever they go. LOL

And how exactly is KC "on the way up"? By what metric EXACTLY is KC accomplishing this? Conversely, how is STL on the "way down"?
