and if that's true that the only evidence they have is a video, then this will be very contested. He could easily claim he wasn't himself because the accident shook him up and he was in a bad mental state.Most normal people are going to be real shook up, distracted and stressed after an accident like this.

There will be a very large settlement in the Civil case.

Usually in Missouri, first time offenders who catch a case like this, typically get no more than 10 years.
