Not really a part of this era, but a team voted out of a kinda-major conference due to poor attendance. That was the Big East w/ WVU, Miami, Pitt, VT.

If 15 of the 16 SEC members had an opportunity to vote out MU and replace it with a program that puts more money in their pockets, do you think they'd vote no? If so, why?
People are banking on "That hasn't happened recently to this specific group of teams, therefore it will not ever happen".
