Is he counting suicides after the fact?
Routine episodes after the fact which can't be ruled out as Arkansides?
Is he claiming a common occurrence proves a causal link in all of the suicides?
Were there suicide notes blaming their suicides on those involved in the breach of the capital perimeter?
