How about the BIG 10 doing the following:

They flip Oklahoma and Texas since they aren’t in the SEC yet and add Washington, Oregon, Stanford, California, Missouri and Notre Dame.

You then create four Divisions of six schools.

You play everyone in your Division every year and two teams from each of the other three divisions each year on a rotating basis.

You wind up playing every team in the BIG Conference over a three year period.

You have a nationwide TV network and can schedule games throughout the day across all time zones for fans.

You reduce everyone’s travel cost and travel time significantly instead of having just two west coast schools.

You maintain virtually every major rivalry.

You play 11 games, all against Conference opponents so every game really counts, making every game important and eliminating the frivolous early season Dll opponents increasing fan interest.

Four divisions of six as follows:

USC
UCLA
Washington
Oregon
Stanford
Cal

Oklahoma
Texas
Nebraska
Missouri
Illinois
Northwestern

Minnesota
Iowa
Wisconsin
Indiana
Purdue
Notre Dame

Michigan
Michigan State
Ohio State
Penn St
Rutgers
Maryland

Key to Mizzou success is this fantasy B10 division: - Newcatbirdseat MU - 7/2 10:36:07
          That's not far off from some of what I've seen - Genco98 MU - 7/2 11:59:00
Make no mistake the SEC teams you reference are where they - FentonMizzou MU - 7/2 11:20:29
