He and Mizzou's leadership had the foresight to move to a super conference 10 years ago. Mizzou finally did something right! USC, UNLV, OU, Texas are all finally catching up to our rare episode of sports wisdom.
With these superpower teams now changing conferences, we could NOT have pulled off the SEC move in 2022. Mizzou would be languishing, and we'd be panicked looking for a soft landing spot.
Way to go Alden, Deaton, and all involved.
