Two more teams dilutes the pool but the resources OU and UT have available to them will be crucial. There will be losers and I expect the losers will be some already established SEC programs (A&M and Arky are two that come to mind). The fact that OU and UT joined the SEC means they are willing to do what's necessary to win and compete for NC's. I would not expect to see the status quo continue.
