1. Schedule more compelling NonCon games: It's never guaranteed a home sellout in the past and it just makes the schedule too difficult. ALL TEAMS have tune-up games, including Alabama. Don't be a little b!tch about it.
2. Doing 1 will decrease the chances of getting stuck at 11am: It didn't before - and it won't in the future. ALL TEAMS have tune-up games, including Alabama. Don't be a little b!tch about it.
3. Do what you have to do to get afternoon and night games. Which probably means WIN - yes, and this means not making the schedule too difficult while teams develop and same for coaching staffs. You contradict yourself well. Impressive.
4. Spend some $ to get some concerts for students. - No, the AD isn't supposed to risk money and damage to the facilities (Bill Veeck tried disco night) on stupid concerts. Just win.
5. Lower the cost of concessions and pay to over staff early in the season. - overpricing any product leads to problems, but this has nothing to do with the unexpected losses you curiously cited. I would advise, instead, loosening the regs on student tailgating and more so it's more fun again.
