1. Schedule more compelling NonCon games: Illinois, kansas, kState, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa. Schedule a rotation of 2 of those per year. Ideally Illinois and kansas every year would nearly guarantee you a home sellout.
2. Doing 1 will decrease the chances of getting stuck at 11am AND if you do get the 11am we will still be compelled to turn out in greater numbers. I am not making my kids skip their morning games to watch SEMO or Central Michigan at 11am.
3. Do what you have to do to get afternoon and night games. Which probably means WIN and when you have someone that appears incompetent as a coordinator secure booster $ for Eli to have the freedom to axe. Then Eli also knows you have the freedom to axe when he doesn’t perform.
4. Spend some $ to get some concerts for students. Our student section has become a joke. Champion the Antlers and create a better tailgating situation close to campus. There HAS TO BE a solution.
5. Lower the cost of concessions and pay to over staff early in the season. Just like Odom shot himself in the foot every year and lost to a crap team killing fan excitement I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a game early in the season these last 10 years where it wasn’t a complete fail at concessions.
