where larger clubs buy the players from the lower clubs where they develop except in this case the lower clubs/teams don't profit from their development. This really is becoming outrageous. Either the NCAA realizes they are on their way out and have decided WTF let's burn it all down or someone is getting paid.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
