The university wants to parade itself as hiring a woman AD, and a non-white, Latina/Hispanic woman to double down on the Diversity Priority taking over the U.S.
It should always be the best PERSON for the job....man or woman. Black, white, brown, yellow, green, orange. Gay or straight....doesn't matter. Qualified, capable and proven.
