players in the top 500 against players not it's about a push. It does show it's easier if you get 4 and 5 stars but it also shows the amount of talented players if you can evaluate. The one thing it does show is the difference between a high 3 (500-1000) and a low 3. If with say 247 ranking you drop below a .8500 it get's a lot harder to find good players.
