Illogical why split the force into two separate area's....I mean a lot of the violence cops come across in on routine traffic stops as Criminals panic and become aggressive. Wouldn't it be better to have all LEO trained in all area's. ...Yeah it would.

Schools got enough things to fail at..so lets not add another Education Program that won't work. LOL for Decades this approach has been taken and has routinely failed....STD's Education, BC Education etc. etc. Why would this work or be effective. You assume in error that high schools students will pay any heed to what ever BS Educational training they are given. Just another Money waster. If a healthy respect for the Police isn't instilled from your family a lame school seminar/class isn't going to cut any weight.


The compliant training will be ineffective as well ...this is done with DUI and many still repeat the same pattern of behavior with Multiple DUI. Why do you think some Training is going to work magic on the Criminal willing to flee or resist arrest?

If these things worked I'd be a 100% for them but that crap never works. Why because a bit of surface education is not ever going to Change Years of cultural indoctrinations in most cases. Sure it happens on occasion but not at a high rate. You need to stop the behavioral traits in the environment before they are instilled in the individuals. Until that is done we just have to wait till criminals age out of their behavior in their late 30's early 40's.
