1. He speaks in a way which leads me to believe he assumes all homicides by cops are murder.
2. Most cops are not dealing solely with people who resist. Resisters are the minority.
3. He speaks as if he believes people who say that that person should not have resisted, all believe that arresting cops are caught off guard and unprepared for the resistance.
4. He speaks as if he believes all cops who are caught off guard by and unprepared for the resistance use deadly force.
5. All officer involed homicides are investigated, not automatically excused for jumping to deadly force.
