When lately has it been a problem of 9 justices not being enough?

I wonder what has changed in, I dunno, the past 5 months that all of a sudden makes 9 justices insufficient.

It's a plain power grab. It's not about policy; it's about maintaining unilateral power indefinitely. It's disgusting.

The scum in Washington need to wake up and understand that the rest of us, regardless of where we stand on the political spectrum, don't hate each other as much as they do.
