The article refers to Courtney Stodden as 'they' or 'them'.. I had to keep seeing who else Fox was writing about besides Stodden.
examples:
"The 26-year-old announced on Instagram on Wednesday that they no longer identify as "she or her"
"They continued: "I will be expressing these...."
"..In their initial announcement made Wednesday, Stodden touched upon the difficulties they faced growing up and feeling "different" than their peers...."
