Tilmon plays for several years in the G League, because he doesn't want to play overseas and leave his kid. Makes very little money and in his late 20's makes the transition to an overseas player for a few years. If he can handle the vagabond lifestyle I could see him having a decade plus professional career.

Dru Smith plays in a midlevel league in Europe for 2 or 3 years before moving on from basketball.

Mitchell Smith plays in locations like Qatar or Ecuador for a few years before trying to break into coaching.
