If his lawyers don’t call him to testify, is that taking the fifth amendment? I didn’t think so.

I thought a witness on the stand who refused to answer was invoking their fifth amendment rights. This guy chose not to take the stand on the advice of his counsel. To my understanding, that is not invoking his fifth amendment rights against self-incrimination.

I could be wrong.
