Babbitt's shooting.

One was an accident and the officer was, imo, appropriately charged in the aftermath.

the other, we don't even know the officer's name. But there is no way in HELL that Babbitt presented an imminent threat to serious bodily injury or death to that officer or others. And the officer had basically every other less-lethal use of force on the continuum available to him at that point, including oh I don't know maybe asking the other four officers standing directly behind Babbitt to pull her ass down from the window.
