More the first point. The discussion about the need for diversity just for the sake of diversity rather than finding smart, capable people regardless of gender and or race.

Must we only have black voices to solve black issues? Must we only have women to solve women’s issues? If we do that, might we be missing “the blind spots” by denying the views and intelligence of others?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
