Advocating for. The one in which all evidence is revealed, all evidence must be considered, the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt of a persons guilt, and a jury feels safe to issue a verdict based upon those elements?

Or the system in which the mob outside the courtroom decides guilt?
