are knowledgeable around the topic...yes. If there is enough profit motive, I would also surmise that many competing businesses would also join in the competition.

The problem would be that government would likely fight that....see Uber and ride shares, as well as airbnb as examples....government does not like competition, especially if it results in tax revenue loss.
