is that if government is inherently corrupt, privatizing government function (i.e. the courts) won't be.

Corruption is a trait in human beings that is present in both government and private enterprise where people take advantage of the authority that they have.

His dogma also ignores basic evolutionary traits of mankind which is that human beings have evolved to running society in the way that it does. Not perfect to be sure, but mankind has arrived at government through trial and error, not error.
