I don't think the issue is personnel. Williams is 6'4 and was a top 100 kid , Kelly is 6'3 and was a top 100 kid. Linthacum is 6'4 and was the # 18th rated pf by ESPN,and there's a 6'3 freshman who is well regarded already signed for next year. The roster is dotted with top 100 rated guards and wings. There's enough talent to be a top 20 team and an upper level SEC squad. No it's not South Carolina / Tennessee type talent, but it should be good enough to compete.
