North Carolina center Garrison Brooks has entered the transfer portal, The Athletic confirmed Friday evening.
Garrison Brooks (6-foot-10, 240 pounds), an All-ACC selection as a junior and the preseason player of the year in the conference in 2020-21, averaged 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game for the Tar Heels as a senior. Brooks will have another year of eligibility as seniors have been granted an extra season due to the coronavirus pandemic.
