I think there are a lot that cheat but I think the worst

cheaters are the schools like Tennessee, auburn, and ol miss that think they are something they are not and will take shortcuts to prove it right now instead of acknowledging they have to rebuild and go through a down period like everyone else.

Teams like Bama and probably Georgia don't have to cheat. They don't really have to recruit that hard (they do but I don't think they have to).


Every kid in the country would pick up the phone for Saban. And every kid in GA would pick up the phone for Kirby (and GA has enough talent they don't really need too many outside kids).


Florida probably falls under a team that doesn't need to cheat.



KY is a school I bet has been playing fast and loose lately with the rules but hasn't been caught yet. They're not pulling 5 stars out of nowhere like Ol miss did but I think they are outkicking their recruiting for what they have done on the field (4-6 four stars each class). That said they have dropped off on their current class this year.
