pick in the draft. Someone you bring in that might not be ready now, but could be coached up.

When you have salary caps, similar to how Mizzou won't get loaded with 4 and 5 start talents, those are the ones that make the difference in your system.

My biggest concern is more around the fact that the college and pro games are very different right now....so can a coach that has spent a lot of time in one, move over and get that same success on the other side.
