can't find anyway it is hated by everyone but the top brass.

And the fact that everyone in the organization is pushed constantly to use it means those folks could be more efficient doing it another way.

IMO management should be better in tune with their sales/customers so they don't need a chart/data to tell them what is going on.
As i told my sales guys if they have to send me a monthly report so I can submit mine they haven't been informing me enough and might start looking for another job
