LR3 started these habits last year when guys where blowing

Castillo and Simms off the ball. His yards before contact was one of the worst in the conference and he started making jump cuts trying to get loose. Now he is doing the same when he should hitting the throttle. He can't stop and start well enough to run like that vs teams with solid front 7 talent.
