A Question About A Ruling In The USC Game

USC kicked a field goal with around 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter. The resulting kickoff resulted in a touchback as it was kicked into the endzone with no return.

MU was awarded the ball at the 30 yardline, not the usual 25 yardline. No penalty was announced on TV and I saw no flag thrown. Why was the ball put at the 30, instead of the 25?
