Trump wins PA and both Congressional districts, but loses WI, MI, and AZ. Alternatively, he loses PA but wins WI, AZ, and one Cong. district. Both of those realistic scenarios leave us tied at 269.

Democrats flip one or two state houses, and the states split 25-25 in the House.

I believe, under that circumstance, that Nancy Pelosi becomes President.

Frankly, I'd rather have Biden.
