I love his reliability! But you need some star power, too.

Look at the Mizzou basketball team. It's an entire squad of lunch pail guys. Hard workers. Coachable (Tilmon aside), but there are no transcendent players near that roster.

Talent matters. Well-coached talent can get you wins.
