- I thought he was very good at finding out of state diamond in the roughs.
- Did well with progression of Drew Lock. He produced a lot and was drafted high and now starting in the NFL.
- Also recruited some talented QBs. Kelly Bryant, Connor Bazelak and Shawn Robinson gave us multiple options to look at when Lock was finished. I was worried we might not have anyone.
- 4-0 vs our conference rival Arkansas
- 3 consecutive bowl qualifying seasons. May seem like something to brush off at first, but very few coaches at Mizzou have pulled that off. That's just the reality of our history.
- Pounded Florida a couple of times, including in the swamp.

He also left a lot to be desired.
1- in-state recruiting
2- having his teams prepared early in season (2016, 17 and 19 were disastrous starts)
3- 4 losses to Kentucky
4- we had two seasons in 2018 and 19 that should have been 10 win seasons and we managed to squeeze only 8 and 6 from them
There are others of course, probably in both categories.
I think he's got head coach CEO potential. But he'd be better served maybe going to a Toledo -like Pinkel did - and learning how to build a sustainable program first.
