higher. I remember going to Parkview games, when the rules were different, and seeing the likes of Eddie Sutton, Digger Phelps, Jack Hartman, Ted Owens, etc. Even Dean Smith showed up. You name a coach and blue blood (we were a blue blood then) and they were interested.

Few big men ever had the hands, agility, etc., of Cavener. Norm even played him in the backcourt on occasion. He just couldn't shoot free throws.
