Trump didn't just run against Hillary in 2016. He had an America First agenda he talked about on the stump. But then, he had no record to run on. Now he has a record of success he can use, but he still needs to tell the people what he would do in a second term. He will dominate the election if he does so. I think he does have an agenda, but he isn't getting that message out. That is what needs to change.
