all the TB lawyers are going phucking crazy. it may not be deemed racist though you know damn well it was and that is where it was derived from. freedom of speech is fine and he has that right, but don't dismiss his racist narrative because of legal technicalities. go read the kids twitter lines you will know that he stirs the racial pot quite often.
