focused, he was pretty dang good. When he was banged up or when he was "struggling with his confidence" he was kinda bad at times.
Brad left a lot to be desired as a passer, but was one of the all time great runners and was much more consistent over his career.
Another factor is the rebuild question. Would Franklin have been as good on the weaker teams that Brad had around him? Would Brad have been as valuable as a runner 10 years later on a team that had a lot of weapons to throw too?
