Coaching is about understanding mechanics and being able to teach progressions.

I have coached both sexes for decades and your attitude is the main difference between coaching guys and girls. You constantly have to prove yourself to the guys, they assume they know more than the coaches about everything. Girls assume that you are the coach because you know what you are doing and will usually do whatever you ask them to do.

Being a female will definitely make her job more difficult especially among the Latino players.
