It’s the Super Bowl for us, as a family,” Kyle’s dad Nathan told Spurs & Feathers. “Mizzou snubbed Kyle and snubbed my brother, didn’t offer either guy, so we always have an axe to grind with them.
“And luckily the Gamecocks have punched them in the mouth three times in a row and will hopefully do it again Saturday. It’s a lot of bragging rights. We’re very proud wearing our garnet and black up here. I see so much black and gold it makes me sick to my stomach.”
