He is one of the top 10 coaches in the game, maybe top 5.
He had a lifetime job at Miss St, and decided to take the big money thrown at him. Good for him and his family. Now he will be judged on how long, if ever, he gets Texas to be competitive against Baylor.
Good for Mizzou too. The SEC has a ton of great coaches. Now one of the best is gone and it’s hard not to think that Miss St will be diminished to some extent going forward.
Will be interesting to see who they get to replace him.
