All of it.
There is nothing wrong with the statement that the Fed owns things that belong to the Fed. Or that the Fed keeps stockpiles of things for Fed use, and only uses these stockpiles to supplement the stockpiles of states.
There is nothing wrong with the statements that states are expected to keep their own stockpiles of supplies for their own use, and not to rely on the Federal teat to supply all of their needs at all times.
All of the fuss is total political BS, and most of America can see right through this. The libs are making complete asses of themselves.
