It seems like it would probably be a good idea to do some random testing at some point to find out how prevalent that is before making some of these decisions. It would be awesome if there was already some herd immunity going on. It would also make the estimates of infection fatality rates more accurate, among other things.

Of course Northern Italy was quite a hot spot, but still.
