the NFL, Eric Wright, Johnnie Poe, Bill Whitaker and Kevin "Red" Potter.

The secondary was so good that Juco transfer Ron Fellows was moved from DB to WR during his first year at Mizzou. Fellows would go on to play 8 years in the NFL as a DB with the Cowboys and Raiders.
