Joke can be told either way so take your pick of military branches...

Army guy and Navy guy are in a public restroom using the urinals close to each other.

Navy guy finishes first, zips up and heads past the sinks straight for the door.

Army guy, seeing that Navy guy didn’t wash his hands, yells out to Navy guy, “Hey you know in the Army they teach us to wash our hands after using the restroom.”

Navy guy responds back to Army guy, “In the Navy they teach us not to **** on our hands.”
