willing to go to school another year after they graduate (assuming they are on schedule to graduate after the spring or summer semester), the sooner a decision is made the better. They are the only group that has any urgency for the decision happening sooner than later.
One prediction: if extra eligibility is granted to seniors (regardless of whether it is also granted or not to freshmen, sophomores, and juniors), I think some folks may be surprised at how few seniors decide to come back to school for the entire 2020-21 school years in order to play in 2021. Lots of these kids, particularly those out-of-staters, are not independently wealthy, and are racking up huge amounts of student debt, and may not want to, or are unable to afford paying graduate school tuition and housing costs. Many are going to take their undergrad degree and move out into the real world and get employed.
We of course only have 1 senior, and I havnt seen anything about what her potential plans are.
