I wouldn't be surprised if Gabbert/Franklin miss the cut.

I think Franklin is more likely to get included of the two, as his team actually won something important. Gabbert was full of potential, but he never did live up to it, and this kind of list isn't going to reward upside.
The SEC East championship teams will be well-represented. Already we had Josey and now Shane Ray. Probably will see Sam quite high on the list, and Golden and Ealy both could have a shot, as well (though the latter would seem an unlikely candidate given Ray had better numbers).
There are several OL from the 2013/2014 teams that could also make the list.
