I'll have to disagree on the hacking narrative. Without evidence, we can't be certain it happened.
You are correct on the rest. Social media ads and 'news' or propaganda releases are pretty much what Soros and special interest groups, including the Dem and Pub parties do. The miniscule amount spent by alleged Russians put the lie to the allegation that Russians were meddling in our election.
